After attending the University of Florida as an undergraduate and The University of Florida Levin College of Law for law school, Ms. Parker began her legal career defending indigent clients on a variety of criminal charges.
Over the past five years, Ms. Parker has handled over 1000 cases ranging from county ordinances to the most serious felony charges. She has represented clients facing serious minimum mandatories or life in prison and fought each case head-on to secure the best possible outcome for her client. Ms. Parker defends her client’s constitutional rights in every case, no matter how big or small. She successfully prevented the prosecutor from using evidence that was unlawfully obtained against her clients.
Ms. Parker has victoriously fought for her clients acting in self-defense until their charges were dismissed. She has filed and argued countless motions attacking illegal stops and unlawful seizures. Ms. Parker firmly believes that the best outcome comes from her hard work, attention to detail, and communication every step of the way with the client.
